for multi-outlet F&B groups.

Your POS has a blind spot.

The hospitality industry spends billions on POS systems. Yet most operators still can't answer three basic questions about their inventory. That gap costs margin you'll never recover.

🏢

You have 10 outlets. You have no idea which one is haemorrhaging stock.

POS systems are built per location. They don't talk to each other. Cross-outlet visibility doesn't exist — unless you build it in a spreadsheet.

💸

Your POS says you sold $40,000. You don't know what it cost you to produce.

Sales revenue is not profit. Without real COGS — calculated from actual purchase prices, not guesses — you're flying blind on your margins.

📋

Your team spends every Sunday morning counting bottles and updating spreadsheets.

Manual stocktakes are slow, error-prone, and give you last week's numbers. You need real-time variance surfaced automatically.

Up and running in days, not months.

No enterprise implementation. No six-week onboarding. Just a clear workflow that mirrors how your operation already runs.

01

Set up your group

Connect your outlets, create teams (bar, kitchen, prep), add your master items and suppliers. Your item library flows down to every team automatically.

02

Run daily operations

Receive stock via GRNs, make inter-team transfers, log adjustments, record sales. Everything your team already does — in one place.

03

See everything clearly

Real COGS, cross-outlet variance, team-level stock consumption, and menu profitability — surfaced automatically, without building a single report.

Every outlet. Every team. One view.

Most F&B groups run each outlet independently. Invinite connects them. A single hierarchy — Organisation → Outlet → Team — mirrors how you actually operate and gives you visibility across your entire portfolio.

  • Create an item once at the organisation level, deploy it across all outlets
  • Each team (bar, kitchen, prep) has its own inventory, stocktakes, and costing
  • Cross-outlet transfers tracked with full cost attribution
  • Spot which outlet or team has the highest variance before it hits your P&L

Your real cost of goods. Automatically.

Most systems estimate COGS using fixed reference costs. Invinite calculates it precisely from your actual purchase history — FIFO, LIFO, or Weighted Average. And because it's calculated on-demand, retroactive entries never corrupt your history.

  • FIFO, LIFO, and Weighted Average costing
  • Costs recalculated on-demand, not frozen at transaction time

Know which menu items actually make you money.

Every item fits one of four quadrants: Stars (high margin, high sales), Plowhorses (popular but thin margin), Puzzles (great margin, needs more promotion), and Dogs. Invinite classifies your entire menu automatically using real COGS — not estimates.

  • Automatic Stars / Plowhorses / Puzzles / Dogs classification
  • Based on actual COGS from real purchase prices, not reference costs
  • Per-item gross margin and contribution margin
  • Actionable recommendations for each quadrant

Stocktakes that take minutes. Not days.

  • Mobile-first: count stock from any phone or tablet
  • Organised sections and stations for faster, structured workflows
  • Instant variance calculation against theoretical stock levels
  • Discrepancies surfaced by category, item, or team — automatically

Good questions.

How is Invinite different from a POS system?
A POS system records sales transactions. Invinite manages what happens to your inventory before, during, and after those sales — purchasing, receiving, transfers, stocktakes, and costing. They're complementary: your POS tells you what sold, Invinite tells you what it cost and where your stock actually went.
Do I need to connect my POS to use Invinite?
No. POS sync is available on our Business and Enterprise plans and makes things faster — but it's optional. Many of our users start by importing or manually entering sales, then add POS sync later. Invinite is fully functional without any POS connection.
How does the per-outlet pricing work for a group?
You pay per outlet per month. A group with 10 outlets on the Business plan pays $73 × 10 = $730/month. The Free plan covers your first outlet at no cost. If you're managing a large portfolio, get in touch and we'll work out something sensible.
Can multiple teams work in Invinite at the same time?
Yes — that's the point. Bar team, kitchen team, and prep area can all be running stocktakes, receiving GRNs, and logging transfers simultaneously. Each team has its own inventory view, but managers see everything in aggregate.
How accurate is the COGS calculation?
COGS is calculated from your actual Goods Received Notes — the real prices you paid, not estimates. Using FIFO, LIFO, or Weighted Average, Invinite traces which receipts each unit of sale consumed and calculates the exact cost. Because it's recalculated on-demand, you can go back and correct an old receipt and all downstream costs update automatically.
Is my data secure? What happens if I cancel?
Your data is yours. We store it securely with industry-standard encryption and regular backups. If you cancel, you can export your full data history before your account closes. We don't hold your data hostage.

Built for operators who take margins seriously.

We're selective about our early cohort — we'd rather onboard 20 groups well than 200 groups poorly. Apply for access and we'll be in touch if Invinite is a fit for your operation.
